Day Orbit
Terms of use
These terms are between you and Abdullah Cheema, who makes and runs Day Orbit (formerly Omni Log) (08abdullahcheema@gmail.com). By creating an account you accept them. How your data is handled is in the privacy policy.
Price and subscription
- Price: 9.99 € a month, VAT included, for the whole app. No ads, no other in-app purchases.
- AI features are included up to a daily amount: 15 food photos, 5 page scans and 20 coach messages a day. The counts start again 24 hours after the first use.
- Free week: a new account starts with 7 free days. You enter a payment method when it starts, and nothing is charged during these 7 days. If you cancel before they end, you pay nothing.
- Renewal: after the free week the subscription renews every month and is charged at the start of each month until you cancel.
- Cancelling: any time, in the app under Settings, Subscription, Manage subscription. The app keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for; that month is not refunded unless the law or Paddle's terms say so.
- Without a subscription you can still sign in, see and export your data, but not add to it.
- Paddle is the seller: the subscription is sold by our reseller and merchant of record Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom). Paddle takes the payment, charges VAT, sends your invoices and handles refunds and your legal right of withdrawal, under the Paddle Buyer Terms. - Price changes are announced by email and in the app at least 30 days before they apply to you. You can cancel before that.
- Accounts from before the price (created before the subscription was introduced) stay free, for good, as promised when they signed up.
- Before launch (pre-order): while Day Orbit is not open yet, you can create an account to reserve your spot. Nothing is paid and no payment details are asked for. At launch you log in and start the 7 free days like everyone else. You can delete the account at any time before.
- Under 18: you need a parent or guardian to agree to the subscription and to pay for it.
Who can use it
You need to be 14 or older, or have a parent or guardian agree. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you can sign out every device at any time under Settings, account.
Not medical or financial advice
Calorie and macro targets, recovery scores, training suggestions and food photo estimates are rough estimates worked out from what you enter. They are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before big changes to your diet or training, especially if you have a health condition. Money figures are only what you type in; the app does not connect to your bank.
Fair use
Do not try to break into other accounts, overload the service, get around its limits or use it for anything illegal. Photo and AI features have daily limits so the service stays fair for everyone. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended.
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You allow Day Orbit to store and show it to you on your devices, nothing more. You can export or delete it at any time.
Availability
Day Orbit is a one-person project offered as it is. It is built to work offline and keep your data, but it can have bugs or be unavailable at times. Export a backup now and then (Settings, Backup and data). The app may change, and if it is ever shut down you get at least 30 days' notice to export your data.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Day Orbit is not liable for indirect damage or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Italian and EU law, or liability for intent or gross negligence.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your account under Settings, account. A running subscription is cancelled with it. The operator can end the service or an account that breaks these terms; you are told by email first where possible.
Law and changes
Italian law applies. If these terms change in a way that matters, you are told in the app before the change applies.
